Martinelli & Associates, Justice & Forensic Consultants, Inc. is one of the most recognized law enforcement and criminal justice training and forensic expert consulting firms in California. Ron Martinelli, Ph.D., B.C.F.T., C.F.A., C.L.S., a retired San Jose (CA) Police Department police officer, investigator and Criminal Justice Training Center director, founded the firm in 1980 after recognizing a need for more “reality-based” training in law enforcement.
